We understand as a college student; financial burden can be challenging.

Julia Hair is proud to announce our 2019 annual scholarship for The Julia Hair Scholarship Program $1,200 Cosmetology Scholarship. We are here to support young entrepreneur who has the passion & in pursue of Cosmetology or Major in Fashion.

Who Can Participate The following outlines the eligibility and application process to qualify for the Scholarship!

Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a U.S. or Canadian institution of graduate or undergraduate program.
Students who are currently studying in the areas of Cosmetology or Major in Fashion.
Any American or Canadian Citizen or legal permanent residents who currently resides in the United States or Canada.

How to Participate

Option A: - Write an Essay.
Title: How will the Social Media transform the way we consume fashion & beauty in the next decade?
Note: Qualities we look for are, its originality, insightfulness in the topic & solution consumerism. Ideally, we accept 850-1700 words though there are no limitation, we encourage deep & well-thought out essays.
Option B: – Make a YouTube Video.
(Simply create a 5-8-minute video and upload it to YouTube, Title: "Julia Hair Scholarship 2019")
1. Introduction of Yourself 2. What College & Major 3. How Relevant is Your Hair to Your Life? Explain. 4. How Do You Personally Care for & Maintain Your Hair? Note: Within the video description, link back to this scholarship page. (https://www.juliahair.com/scholarship)

For Submission:

Once completed, please submit & email your essay or video URL to scholarship@juliahair.com, you must include the following information:

Mail Subject: Julia Hair Scholarship

Your name, mailing address and best contact phone number

Name of college you are attending with proof of acceptance or enrollment letter

Winner Notification

We’ll be selecting and announcing the winner by June 17th, 2019. If the scholarship winner is unable to be reached within 1-week time, we’ll be selecting another winner for the scholarship!
