Hair was very soft! It was easy to install. Stylist stated that it was not full as anticipated and length was not accurate. Overall nice wig, will not order due to inaccurate length and not being full.

I would like the say the hair is nice and i like the color. I am a lil confused as to the inches cuz I do not feel I have 20 inches looks more of a 14in and the density should have been a lil more fuller i love big hair but its okay for the most part.
