I ordered my 3 bundles and frontal, It was packaged in a Fedex bag but the bundles were not labeled as Sapphire’s. The hair is beautiful, very very minimal shedding, no smell and true to length. Although I did not pluck the frontal, I bleached it and the knots were still strong. I made a wig Friday, I will give an updated review in about a month to let y’all know how it’s holding up. Great quality for an affordable price !!

Ordered this hair Tuesday and got it by Friday which was great. The hair is great quality and I even received make up sponges with it. I have been a fan of this hair company and it will be the only hair I will be using from now on. I got it installed today and it is great, no shedding no tangling. Also Its Very soft and true to length. I love this hair it’s very soft and pretty. This is my 5th time ordering from them and will defiantly order again.The hair Doesn’t tangle or shedd much as long as you keep up with the hair it will last a while. Always fast shipping and communication is great.

It is true to length. Very Soft. It do shed but just a little bit. It curl really good and the curls hold. I am so in love with this hair and the closure.Communication with seller is great! Had the hair in for about a week now, so far all is good! Hair was thick and still is out of the pack!

This hair is great! Very soft and the bundles are full. I was expecting thin bundles because of the long length I chose but I was not disappointed. Great quality of hair. Soft, no shedding, full bundles and very thick. I bleached the hair and dyed it and the hair was very resilient to both processes. I will absolutely order again.
