I ordered my 3 bundles and frontal, It was packaged in a Fedex bag but the bundles were not labeled as Sapphire’s. The hair is beautiful, very very minimal shedding, no smell and true to length. Although I did not pluck the frontal, I bleached it and the knots were still strong. I made a wig Friday, I will give an updated review in about a month to let y’all know how it’s holding up. Great quality for an affordable price !!

Ordered this hair Tuesday and got it by Friday which was great. The hair is great quality and I even received make up sponges with it. I have been a fan of this hair company and it will be the only hair I will be using from now on. I got it installed today and it is great, no shedding no tangling. I love this hair it’s very soft and pretty. This is my 5th time ordering from them and will defiantly order again.The hair Doesn’t tangle or shedd much as long as you keep up with the hair it will last a while. Always fast shipping and communication is great.
